Iset’s foundation is rooted in both discipline and service. After earning her Associate of Science in Business from Portland Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Oregon State University, she sought more than a traditional entry point into accounting. She intentionally grounded her first professional experiences in community impact.
That intention led her to volunteer as an accountant with Habitat for Humanity International, where she later helped design an internship focused on financial and managerial accounting during audit season. Working alongside board members, volunteers, and community leaders, she translated financial data into clarity, supporting alternative pathways to homeownership and reinforcing a belief that would guide her career:

Over the years, Iset’s ascent has been marked by roles that expanded both scope and influence. She has served as a Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, and strategic finance partner across public institutions, nonprofits, and private enterprises. Most recently, she was brought into Northwest Anesthesia Physicians PC to evolve the finance function from compliance-focused reporting into a forward-looking executive partnership, aligning financial strategy with long-term growth, succession planning, and operational leadership.
Yet her most personal and defining chapter unfolded beyond traditional finance roles. In 2018, Iset co-founded Vamp Boss, an unapologetically luxurious clean beauty brand operating at the intersection of ethics, wellness, sustainability, and culture. Built on a triple bottom line, people, planet, and profits, Vamp Boss reflects her belief that values are not a constraint on growth, but a driver of it.
Together with her husband and co-founder, Zacharias Sevilla-Bazan, she embedded purpose into every layer of the business, from supply chain decisions to product strategy. Partnerships with women-led co-ops in Guatemala sourcing award-winning cacao weren’t chosen for lowest cost, but for highest integrity and long-term value.
