EXECUTIVES DIARY
Where Senior Leaders Read Each OtherExecutives Diary is a US-based business magazine that shares career insights, leadership wisdom, and real-world strategy from the founders, executives, and senior operators actually building and running companies. We publish long-form editorial features and executive biographies on senior leaders across more than 20 countries, creating a permanent archive of the people shaping business and industries today.
Why we exist
We exist because mainstream business media chases billionaires while ignoring the leaders actually doing the work.
The most valuable business and leadership insight comes from the people running companies, not the people observing them from a distance. A bootstrapped founder scaling to $10M with a team of twelve has more applicable wisdom than a billionaire CEO of a 40,000-person company, because the reader can actually do what they did.
Executives Diary was built on this belief. We cover the operators, the builders, the senior leaders who are too busy running companies to chase press coverage, and whose stories are too important to go untold.
Who reads us
Our readers are other senior leaders. Founders. C-suite executives. Vice presidents. Board members. Executive search firms. Investors. Private equity professionals. Senior operators across every function and industry.
They read Executives Diary to discover peers, evaluate talent, find partners, and learn from leaders in roles similar to their own.
Every feature is a potential business outcome
For the executives we feature, the real value is in who reads their story. Every reader is a senior leader who could become a client, a partner, a board member, a hire, or an introduction.
- A founder reads a consultant’s feature and reaches out for an engagement.
- A board member discovers a CFO through their biography and starts a conversation.
- An investor finds a CEO’s story through Google and requests a meeting.
- A VP reads a peer’s career feature and refers them for an open role.
This is what separates Executives Diary from a blog or a directory. Being featured here puts your career story in front of the people who can create real opportunities.
By the numbers
Every feature and biography is published permanently on ExecutivesDiary.com. We do not delete, paywall, or migrate published content. When someone searches a featured leader’s name five years from now, their story will still be here.
Editorial standards
Executives Diary is not a pay-to-play platform.
Features are editorially selected, not purchased. Leaders chosen by our editorial team are featured at no cost. We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage, and we never have.
Our editorial process is structured, consistent, and built on one principle: every published feature must be valuable to the senior leader reading it, not just to the one being featured.
We maintain the same editorial standards whether a leader has 50 employees or 5,000. The quality of the story, the specificity of the insight, and the relevance to our peer readership are what determine whether a feature is published.
