I have been privileged to lead teams in achieving engineering and operational excellence across a range of industries. It hasn't been a straight line, but that's part of what makes me unique. Early In my life I worked as a commercial diver until deciding to go back to school. I worked full time as a lab technician while attending California State University, Long Beach to achieve my BSME. After graduating, I had the opportunity work as a project engineer designing, manufacturing and field installing large-scale test facilities in the automotive industry. During this time, I went back to night school to get my MBA from Cal Lutheran. I have a passion for achievement and learning. I apply this passion to bring about positive, customer focused change in my organization.
