Lila is amazing!!! I have worked with her for over 12 years. Evia would not be the company it is today without her incredible contributions during this time.

She started in Project Management and has worked her way up through management into the Director role she has today. As we were growing the company, it was essential that she took the initiative to define her role and department. She faced this challenge every step of the way and built the Business Administration department she directs today.

Lila is passionate about our team, our customers, our partners, and our company. She puts all of them first every time. She’s compassionate, assertive, a problem solver, innovative, and hard working.

I love working with Lila and hope to have her on my team for many years to come! 

During my time with Evia (formerly Tri-Digital), Lila transitioned from Business Manager to Director of Business Administration. On the surface, this may not sound like a significant change, however, what it doesn't tell you is that she managed this transition and the work for a growing 20-year old startup, effectively, as one of two team members in the department. It takes care, exceptional listening skills, and a finely honed ability to walk the line between friend a department lead in Lila's role. She demonstrates these abilities along with passion for the business and willingness to grow her skills outside her comfort zone, all while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Lila tackles all aspects of business administration, no matter how easy or difficult, each day, a necessity in a smaller team, all the while building the structure to transition work to other members of the department as a part of their professional development. Despite the serious and specific nature of her role, Lila was always the first person to check in with team members when they might be having a rough day, and she tried to lift the team up with an earnest manner. Lila is an asset to a company and their HR or Business Admin team who brings broad business skills and her personal investment in others to the office every day.
