I met Cedric as an Executive Coach to the Emerging Leaders Program within BAE Systems in 2010. During my time in the program I had multiple opportunities to interface with Cedric over a 7 month period. In that period, Cedric played a crucial role in helping me to define personal areas for growth, evaluate their impact on a team dynamic as a 3rd party observer, and help establish a path for growth. Cedric's real strength within the situational context described, was the ability to read and project verbally the impact of our non-verbal communication and how it impacted the messages we were attempting to convey.
