Love Who You Are. Don’t Miss Your Unrepeatable Life.

There is one person you take everywhere you go: yourself.

We can change our surroundings, achieve more, buy something beautiful, take the trip or reach the next goal.

The thing is, eventually the trip ends, the party is over and we go home. Yet  the relationship we have with ourselves comes home with us.

That relationship is at the heart of Veronica Castro-Albano’s work through Souls Tide.

It’s about loving who you are, so you don’t miss your life.

Why Souls Tide?

After moving to Southwest Florida in 2025, Castro-Albano founded Souls Tide on Christmas Day with a vision of creating a place where women could experience Life Coaching and come to the beach to Rest. Realign. Rise.

Rest from the noise around them that can disconnect them from themselves. Realign with what matters to them and what is true. And rise to live a life they love – one with purpose, meaning, fulfillment and joy. Veronica guides women to love who they are so they don’t miss their unrepeatable life.

How Does She Help Women?

Castro-Albano guides women to develop a healthier relationship with themselves, recognize their value and appreciate what is uniquely theirs. She helps them become more aware of how they speak to themselves, reconnect with what matters to them and become more authentically themselves.

Comparison can make you remarkably good at seeing what is special about another woman while slowly dimming your own light and draining your joy.

Women also spend a great deal of their lives caring for others, volunteering, supporting the people they love and helping in all the ways they can.

There can be tremendous joy and meaning in that. Only that somewhere along the way, their own dreams can end up sitting on a shelf, waiting for the right time or for “one day” when life finally slows down.

But does it? And when exactly is “one day”?

With compassion for the very real responsibilities women carry, Castro-Albano invites them to make room for themselves too.

Women reconnect with what matters to them, recognize the strengths and courage they already possess, and choose the goals they want to pursue in this season of their lives. They focus on what they can control and the actions they can take.

Castro-Albano walks alongside them with support, practical tools, a framework and accountability as they move forward. Women meet with her for a weekly coaching session and a midweek check-in call to help them stay connected and committed to the goals and actions they’ve chosen for that week.

Sometimes our own strengths and talents are the easiest to dismiss simply because they come naturally to us. Castro-Albano guides women to see themselves with fresh eyes, build greater confidence in who they are and see their journey with more clarity.

Understanding where they are gives them a starting point. From there, they can decide where they want to go next and take meaningful steps toward it.

The goal is for women to leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools they know how to use and can continue drawing from long after the program ends.

Life coaching is not therapy or counseling.

While coaching may explore old mindsets or beliefs that continue to influence the present, it does not treat trauma, mental-health conditions, abuse or addiction. These concerns require appropriately qualified mental-health or healthcare professionals and are outside the scope of life coaching.

Coaching focuses on the present and future – where a woman is now, what matters to her, where she wants to go and the actions she can take to move forward.

She Believes in the Integrity of “Walk the Talk”

Before bringing her coaching programs to clients, Castro-Albano worked through and tested the frameworks herself. She continues to practice the principles she teaches.

Personal growth is not a one-and-done process. Women can continue practicing what they have learned while recognizing and honoring how far they have already come.

The programs grew from lessons Castro-Albano learned over years on her own journey toward accepting and loving who she is, reconnecting with purpose and learning not to miss her own life.

Not missing your life can happen in surprisingly small ways.
Spend five minutes outside. Think of one thing you are grateful for today. Send a text to a friend and tell her how lucky you are to have her.
Take three deep breaths. Enjoy a hobby you love. Learn something new.
Start the book you've been wanting to read.
Make time for something that brings more meaning to your life.

Being present enough in your life to experience it may be one of the best ways not to miss it. Veronica created the programs she wishes she had had years ago – practical frameworks women can use not only during coaching, but as they continue living, growing and moving forward.

What Can Change If She Coaches You?

One woman who completed Castro-Albano’s Don’t Miss Your Life program and continued with individual sessions described the experience as a “180-degree change.” She learned to care for herself and value herself in a greater way.

She developed a more positive inner dialogue.
She learned to read the signs in her body and recognize when she needed to slow down. She reconnected with things she used to love to do.
She gained practical tools that helped her navigate everyday situations.
She began looking toward the future with greater hope.

Even when they discussed difficult things, she said she felt respected, supported, and at peace.

The goal is not for women to finish a program believing they will never struggle, doubt themselves or face another difficult season.

It is for them to leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools they know how to use and can continue drawing from long after the coaching ends.

Progress builds on what you have already learned. You practice it, build on it and keep moving forward. Little things, done consistently, become big things. There is no elevator to transformation. You have to take the stairs.

When Insight Becomes Action

Awareness can change the way we see ourselves. But eventually, what we discover has to find its way into how we live. Action does not always have to be dramatic. Sometimes it is a conversation, a boundary, a beginning, a yes, a no or simply showing up for something that matters to you.

Castro-Albano learned this personally during one of the hardest seasons of her own life. There were times when showing up for things that mattered to her family was difficult. She also knew that, for her, the regret of missing those moments could be harder. Sometimes showing up is very powerful.

You don’t always have to wait until everything is resolved, until you feel completely ready or until life looks the way you hoped it would before participating in it. Life is in session. Right now. Don’t miss it.

What Kind of “More” Are You Looking For?

Our culture is very good at showing you what you could have next: more success, bigger, faster, newer possessions, more experiences, more recognition. And there is nothing wrong with wanting or enjoying those things. They can add beautiful memories and fabulous experiences to our lives.

Yet does having ten times more really give you ten times more joy and peace?

Some of the most valuable things you can accumulate don’t need storage space. They grow simply by being experienced, cultivated and shared: -love, gratitude, connection, joy, meaning, personal growth, courage, trust and wisdom are just a handful. Which ones are important to you?

Sometimes you can become so busy making a living that you postpone living your life. This doesn’t mean abandoning ambition, of course not. It means being present enough to experience what you already have while continuing to grow, dream and pursue what matters most to you.

Maybe “more” isn’t only about what you acquire. Maybe it is also about what  you experience, who you become and what you share with the ones you love.

I Will Do it “One Day”

One day I’ll begin. One day I’ll make time. One day I’ll do the thing that matters to me. There are seasons when waiting is necessary and wise. But sometimes “one day” becomes the place where you put off the parts of your life that matter most and that dream that was yours to pursue.

Loss has made Castro-Albano especially aware that time is precious. To her, the way she honors the ones she loved but lost is by experiencing her own life fully while she still can. The people you love matter. The ordinary days matter. What you enjoy matters. What you give matters. And who you become while living in all of the seasons matters more than you think.

Perhaps a life you love isn’t necessarily one that looks extraordinary to everybody else. Perhaps it is one in which you become more authentically yourself, appreciate what you have, continue to grow, and love your people well. Being present enough to notice your life before you’re out of time.

What Comes Next for Souls Tide

Souls Tide currently offers life coaching for women, with plans to expand into beach retreats where women can step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with themselves and consider what they truly feel called to in this season.

The retreats will reflect the heart of Souls Tide: Rest. Realign. Rise.

Rest long enough to hear yourself again. Realign with what matters to you and what is true. Rise to the challenge of living a life that matters to you – a life aligned with purpose & calling that brings greater meaning, fulfillment and joy.

For Castro-Albano, Souls Tide is ultimately about helping women recognize the value of who they already are and consider one of life’s most important questions:

What will you do with the time you have left?

There will never be another woman exactly like you.

And there will never be another life exactly like yours.

Love who you are. Don’t miss your unrepeatable life.
