Andy, was always looking to use new tools to help our company grow. Whether it be social media, focus groups, and market research among others. Andy and I worked together in contacting a niche group of kayak fishermen in Louisiana via Facebook who were using our products in unique ways for their sport. Through direct user contact and insight via this social media outlet, we were able to develop a specialty bag for this user group. All parties involved were very pleased with the results, and this helped expand our product categories within the company. 

Andy provided strong leadership at Outer Circle by creating a clear vision for growth and supporting cross-functional teams to attain business goals resulting in many innovative products and the creation of new market segments. Andy turned a sleep category into a high growth highly profitable category for both the retailers and our company.
