Jim has the exceptional ability to cut through bureaucratic red tape, whether it be governmental or corporate, to get things done. When I joined RingCentral after an acquisition, Jim was one of the go to guys for my organization to access resources in China. I come from a start-up culture was was pleasantly surprised to find someone with his seniority that was willing to get his hands dirty. I would love to be able to work with him again in the future.
