It is without hesitation that I say I am lucky.
So many of my colleagues sort of meandered into the IT field and project management. They enjoy it (mostly) but it isn’t their passion… one friend started as a Federal DEA Agent and ending up an IT PM…
Me? It has been in my blood since my first little Commodore 64... since my high school put in the first computer lab in the district with Apple IIe... I mean… fun AND air conditioning!!!!
I have taught others since then, and mentored my share of people that went on to do greater things than I; I learn new things all the time and am challenged every day to help others excel.
What more could you ask for in a career? (Oh… and they pay me to do it… BONUS)

I had the privilege to work during the undertaking task of recruiting George. Upon my speculation, I discovered he kept all individuals from the venture staff just as the executives educated regarding the advancement through each stage. He has brilliant relational abilities, both verbal and composed. George demonstrates an uncanny capacity to predict a potential issue and essentially nip it in the bud setting aside the organisations’ resources and keeping surprising obstacles from postponing the undertaking's definitive execution. He is a compelling delegator and believes the group he amasses and any individual can invest in the colossal confidence in him as a reasonable and viable leader.
Visit Linkedin ProfileI have directly worked for George and it was by far the most rewarding time of my career. George is a people person and a great mentor. The one thing that I learned from George is 'don't forget to be human'
Sometime we are so focused on achieving our goals that we forget that we our team members are also human beings. I would love to work with George again if/when opportunity presents itself.
I've worked alongside George for 2 years now; and in these 2 years, there isn't a single request for help that he has not been able to fulfill and this, am pretty sure, applies for the multitude of masses looking to him for guidance!
George is extremely knowledgeable in Program and Project Management and have seen him bring that knowledge to grow and build a very robust PMO in Multifamily. His mastery for both his core role, and the projects that extend beyond it, have been critical for not just the PMO's growth, but also the teams that depend on it. When I attended the Digital Training program that George spearheaded, it was well organized, professionally executed, and provided me with knowledge about Yammer, OneNote and Fannie Mae Records Retention that was timely and valuable.
Given his upbeat personality, he strives to keep the team happy and 'cool' with a variety of initiatives, not just limited to work...a definite joy to be around at any work place!
