Doug is a strategic thinker of the highest pedigree. He looks beyond the fog and is not only able to see the forest from the trees, but is able to envision how to best shape the forest constructively. Doug is also an incredible person with many selfless contributions towards making this world a better place.

Doug spearheaded the introduction of project management best practices into a chaotic large scale multi million dollar brand technology project that I worked on that desperately needed structure to succeed. Doug joined the project team during the execution phase well past the initial planning stage and he restructured the project while simultaneously managing strong personalities. Thanks to the contributions that he made the project overcame serious challenges and risks that would have prevented success. Doug listens to his stakeholders, understands the moving parts, incorperates disciplined processes to the work he is involved in, and retains a focus on the business objectives which is why he is an extremely valuable part of any team that he works with. I have learned a lot by working with Doug!

I have had the pleasure of working with Doug for 3 years. During the years of our acquaintance, I have come to know Doug in many capacities. Doug is an ambitious, confident and open-minded boss who always shares his vision for our organization with his team, encourage us to think outside the box, and motivate us to do better. Doug often reminds us about how we should always balance our work/personal life, to know what our priorities are and to set long/short term goals. Doug is passionate about team work/team building and really cares about his staff.
