When I first met Dave Thomas in 2008 at LasikPlus, I was instantly impressed with his integrity and infectious personality. His passion for our business and his commitment to each team member was evident as he effectively motivated and influenced our organization. No matter how busy his schedule was, he always took time to reach out to employees in the field and offer his support. He was a true inspiration to our team and a friend to all. I was fortunate to serve with David while he was Chief Operating Officer and while he was COO and co-leader at LCA-Vision for four years. Dave was very well respected throughout the organization especially for his ability to motivate teams toward our growth goals.
