Dr. Christine Malone is an inspirational leader, dedicated to City University of Seattle organizational growth and employee development. Dr. Malone helped me deepen my understanding of Inclusive Leadership and encouraged me to experiment with innovative leadership ideas and approaches. She is a great colleague and a mentor. Dr. Malone made a significant contribution to promoting CityU’s employee professional development program by co-facilitating webinars with me and helping me launch training on Scholastic Honesty and Copyrights. Dr. Malone’s experience with developing faculty mentoring and coaching programs is one of her areas of expertise that I deeply value and we are actively collaborating on creating training sessions for City University of Seattle faculty, staff, and administration. I am very fortunate to be working with Dr. Christine Malone at City University of Seattle.

It would be rare to find an individual who has the skills, experience, and natural talents to match Christine. She seems to be an endless source of energy, productivity, and wisdom. She designed two excellent programs in Healthcare Admin for CityU and administered both in a manner that respected the needs of the students and the necessary rigor of the curriculum. At the same time, she completed a number of other projects that made significant contributions to her professional field. She approaches her duties in a manner that ensures quality, empathy, and the highest ethical standards. And she is a brilliant conversationalist and a great person to work with. CityU was and is a better place because of her talents and I would love the opportunity to work with her again.

Christine is a wonderful example of life long learning and connecting her students and colleagues to amazing ways of living and learning. She works well with so many different kinds of folks and speaks to the real things everyone is looking to learn!. She can connect complex ideas to everyday life and do with compassion and humor.

What I particularly have loved about working with Christine is how professional, thoughtful and responsive she is in her communication practices. I can always count on Christine to respond to emails in a timely fashion and she treats all communications with the utmost respect. She gives verbal and written feedback to questions and issues in a thoughtful way that is clear and transparent, while also being sensitive to the recipient's concerns. Christine is extremely dedicated to students and faculty, giving them an exemplary experience while they are in both online and face-to-face class environments. I have learned a lot about professionalism and grace while working along side Christine. She is a compassionate and dedicated leader and teacher; I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to grow from her example.
