I have had the pleasure of working in a Services organization lead by Carter as the GM. Carter is a smart, inspirational leader who truly trusts and empowers his leadership team. He's also seen within the organization as someone who cares about career growth and employee/staff satisfaction. I would love to work with Carter again one day. 

Carter is the very definition of strategic thinker. His ability to drive growth and build infrastructure to sustain long term success is unmatched. I have worked with Carter in multiple companies and at each stop, he has proven himself to me as a consummate executive and as a person of great character.
