Carl is a creative thinker and a dynamic team player. In addition to his role in the advancement of AQHA publishing efforts, Carl has proven invaluable on a number of marketing, membership, digital media, sales and corporate partner projects. An expert at brainstorming, Carl lives outside the box and isn’t afraid to try new things and take calculated risks when necessary. Carl is a leader who pushes people beyond their comfort zones and supports them along the way. He’s been key in setting the Association’s media properties up for future success.

I had the priveledge of working with Carl for ten years and during that time I learned a great deal from him. Carl is a strong leader with excellent strategic planning and execution skills. He has strong values and a solid work ethic.

Carl works well under pressure and is results driven. His proactive management style provided a positive work environment for his employees as he delegated efficiently and empowered his employees to take on more responsibility and grow with the company.

Carl is also very good at project management; I have observed him over the years in dealing with all types of projects and he always gets results. 

Carl and I served together on the board of directors at American Horse Publications. His industry knowledge and insights never failed to help keep our trade-industry organization headed in the right direction.
