I have worked with Bob in two companies across the last eight years. I actually hired him into my last company because I knew he would be a fit based on our experience together. My first experience with Bob was at a financial services company that was distressed. His can-do attitude was a key to the success of that project along with his tireless energy. When one of the areas under our purview was at risk of not succeeding, he took it upon himself to carry that area and the leader along for the good of the team and project. This has always stuck with me as a testament to his character and work ethic. I brought him into my former employer to help with complex issues that I knew needed someone with strong financial services acumen and a nose for ferreting out risk.
