Leo stood out to me from the very beginning. He has a keen mind for business and marketing. Leo is a teacher/coach by nature, and he takes the time to breakdown the moving parts of a business and how we are affected as individuals by the groups keep close. I was always impressed with his perspective and how he communicated to various groups.

Leo Bottary is an excellent professor. As an adult learner in a hybrid Master's program, it is not always easy to find a way to connect to the professor. Leo went beyond what was required to make sure he was accessible. In doing so, we felt confident that if there was a subject matter we could not readily grasp, he would be available as a teacher and a coach.

I had the privilege of working alongside Leo Bottary for the last six years at Vistage and I have never been more impressed by a senior marketing executive’s ability to take vague, ill-defined topics and turn them into nuggets of gold. Leo's contributions to the company have provided enduring value and his legacy has been cemented throughout our Vistage community. I watched as he put Vistage back on the national media stage, lead the company's rebranding efforts and then author a book, which has finally provided clarity to the value that Vistage, and other like-minded organizations who lead CEO peer groups, delivers for their members. I now look forward to watching how Leo “writes the next chapter” in his distinguished career.
