About Adam Vandermyde

Through-Channel Marketing Automation is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.  That platform enables Brands to efficiently and economically scale advertising and local marketing messaging. It is enabled through distributed networks of indirect retailers, dealers, distributors, agents, and partners. The marketing industry is just now scraping the surface of Big Data utilization. The future will see more developments in market intelligence driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technologies.  These methodologies open the door to easier relevant advertising and customized offers for specific individuals.

Adam Vandermyde is currently the Executive Vice President, TCMA Services. He oversees the Channel Marketing services team that works directly with brands and their channel partners to orchestrate consistent and effective brand2local marketing programs.

Adam’s career progression was meteoric. After graduating with a marketing degree, Adam worked for a company that leased business apparel and facilities equipment. At 25 he was promoted to plant manager for a large facility in Yakima, Washington where the average employee age was above 50 after that Adam went back to school to earn an MBA.  Adam then spent nine years of life in strategy and operations consulting at PwC and Deloitte, where he focused on growth, customer strategy, operational improvement, analytics, and marketing.

Adam is also a member of the board of directors for Fly, a nonprofit organization helping women overcome tragic experiences. Adam is also a member of the board of directors for Savage Scholar Program –  provides Brigham Young University MBA students with unique hands-on business opportunities. Additionally, he volunteers weekly with youth programs to help inspire the next generation.

Adam says to be successful in Through-Channel Marketing; you need to have a fundamental understanding of data, analytics, and how to pull insights.
