From the Diary Of

Adam Hammerman

Growing up, I was a quiet young man.  Adjusting to new environments was not easy for me.  I always envied the person who could walk into a room and feel comfortable speaking to everyone and anyone.  One day I said to myself that no matter how difficult or uncomfortable it is, I am going to learn to be outgoing— even master the art of small talk because I know it will help me.

Today, I am that person I wanted to become.  I can comfortably speak in front of large audiences (with preparation). I have been asked to emcee numerous dinners and events.  I believe I am a good team leader and have the ability to make friends with ease. When I tell people “I used to be the quiet guy” they can’t believe it.
