My professional journey began in the consulting world, where I spent over two decades with companies like Towers Perrin, PwC, and PA Consulting. During this time, I focused on people and performance, change management, leadership, and coaching. Over the years, I developed a deep interest in how human beings function, which led me to transition into coaching. Eventually, I co-founded The Physical Intelligence Institute, where I now focus on helping people harness the power of their bodies and minds for optimal performance.
I currently serve as the co-founder and Head of Mission and Momentum at The Physical Intelligence Institute. My role involves developing and disseminating scientifically proven methodologies to enhance human performance, resilience, and leadership. In the future, I aim to expand the reach of Physical Intelligence, making it a cornerstone of leadership and personal development globally.
While my career path took some unexpected turns, it has ultimately aligned with my passion for understanding and improving human performance. Although I began in a more traditional consulting role, my shift towards coaching and the development of Physical Intelligence has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to combine my analytical skills with a deep interest in human dynamics
My educational background in Maths, Statistics, and Operations Research provided me with a strong analytical foundation, which has been invaluable in my consulting career. However, it was my further studies, including an MBA and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), that significantly influenced my transition into coaching and leadership development. These diverse educational experiences allowed me to integrate scientific rigor with a profound understanding of human behavior.
Currently, I'm working on expanding the Physical Intelligence framework within organizations, collaborating with global companies to integrate these practices into their leadership development programs. Additionally, I’m involved in projects with the Beyond Food Foundation, where we use creative approaches, such as kitchen-based programs, to help individuals rebuild their lives and regain purpose
One of my proudest achievements is co-founding The Physical Intelligence Institute, where we've developed a unique approach to enhancing human performance. Another significant accomplishment was leading a team of 30 consultants at Towers Perrin, where we delivered impactful change and communication assignments across the UK, Middle East, and Europe. Additionally, my work with charities like The Forgiveness Project and The Comedy School, where we address societal issues through storytelling and comedy, has been incredibly rewarding.
