My professional journey began over two decades ago in the marketing and audio-visual production industries. After gaining valuable experience as a partner at Spitfire Productions, where I was involved in audio-visual production and managing a record label, I founded Market Magnet Consulting. This venture allowed me to channel my expertise into helping businesses grow by identifying their competitive advantages and developing strategies to boost turnover and profits. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, refining my skills in content marketing and sales strategy to deliver impactful results.

I am currently the owner of Market Magnet Consulting, where I lead a team of dedicated professionals in planning and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth for businesses across South Africa. My focus is on continuing to refine our service offerings and expanding our reach globally. In the future, I aim to further establish Market Magnet as a leading consultancy in the content marketing space, helping even more businesses achieve sustainable growth through strategic marketing decisions.

Did your career turn out just the way you wanted it to?
My career has certainly taken some unexpected turns, but I wouldn't change a thing. Each experience, from my early days in audio-visual production to my current role in consulting, has contributed to my understanding of effective marketing. While I didn’t foresee every aspect of my journey, I’m proud of the path I've taken and the successes I’ve achieved along the way.

What impact has your educational background had on your professional activities?
My education at Allenby College, where I studied Marketing, Management, and Music, laid the foundation for my career in both the creative and business sides of marketing. The skills I developed during this time have been instrumental in shaping my approach to content marketing, enabling me to create strategies that are not only creative but also grounded in solid business principles.

Can you share some of the interesting projects you are working on these days?
One of the exciting projects I'm currently working on is the "Content That Converts" workshop, which is designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners create impactful content that drives results. This project has been particularly rewarding as it allows me to share my knowledge and empower others to achieve their marketing goals. Additionally, I’m continually developing new strategies to enhance our clients’ lead management systems and improve their overall marketing efficiency.

One of my proudest achievements is the successful establishment and growth of Market Magnet Consulting. Seeing the tangible results that our strategies have produced for clients over the years has been incredibly fulfilling. Another milestone was the development of our content marketing workshops, which have empowered many businesses to take control of their marketing efforts and achieve greater success.
