I began my marketing career managing digital strategies for luxury travel brands, where I led teams and drove significant revenue growth. In 2018, I founded Goose Digital, a marketing agency that has since scaled multiple startups to impressive revenue milestones. My journey includes navigating the challenges of the pandemic by pivoting focus to my agency, where I’ve led campaigns that transformed client businesses. Today, I’m deeply involved in BT’s incubation hub, launching and scaling innovative digital products. Each step of my journey has reinforced my commitment to transparent and impactful marketing.

Currently, I’m the Founder of Goose Digital, where we specialize in delivering bespoke digital marketing solutions. Additionally, I serve as a Senior Marketing Manager at BT, focusing on growth marketing for digital and SaaS products. Moving forward, I aim to expand Goose Digital’s impact by partnering with more startups and scale-ups, helping them achieve their growth potential. I also aspire to share my experiences and insights more broadly, continuing to mentor upcoming marketing professionals and entrepreneurs.

Did your career turn out just the way you wanted it to?

My career has certainly had its unexpected twists and turns, but each experience has shaped me into a more resilient and knowledgeable professional. While I didn’t foresee a global pandemic impacting my trajectory, the challenges have only strengthened my resolve and adaptability. I’ve been fortunate to exceed many of my initial career aspirations, from leading in-house teams to founding a successful agency. Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

My degree in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth laid a solid foundation for my career. The theoretical knowledge and practical skills I gained were invaluable as I transitioned into the professional world. My education instilled in me a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous learning, which have been crucial in navigating the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape. The principles I learned during my studies continue to influence my approach to marketing, from data analysis to campaign execution.

Currently, I’m working on several exciting projects through BT’s incubation hub, including the launch of new FinTech and HealthTech products. These projects involve comprehensive go-to-market strategies and innovative growth marketing tactics. At Goose Digital, we’re managing campaigns for a variety of clients, focusing on optimizing their digital presence and driving measurable results. One standout project involves scaling a client’s SaaS product from ground zero to significant market penetration, leveraging advanced SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.

You have had a varied career to date. Explain some of your proudest achievements?

One of my proudest achievements was scaling a group of travel brands from £400k to £7m in annual revenue within five years. This accomplishment was a testament to the power of a well-executed digital marketing strategy. Another highlight was founding Goose Digital and successfully navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, being recognized with awards such as Tomorrow’s Marketing Leader and the Travel Marketing Awards has been incredibly gratifying, affirming the impact of my work in the industry.
