Our combined efforts helped him build a national sales team and get promoted to Vice President within 6 months. We set our sites on global domination, and worked together to recruit and develop sales teams and help launch SME’s in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and the USA. This has given me a broad and fairly unique understanding of candidate behaviour, job board functionality, advertising costs, and cultural influences, across multiple cities, countries, and continents. I launched my own media and recruitment advertising company in 2014 as a result of this experience and the understanding that I could help other Sales Directors grow in a similar way.
