Comes with more than 18 years of experience across product categories. Marketing and product lifecycle specialist with an overall experience of 18+ years, with 8+ years in leadership roles. Proven track record in a range of marketing skills such as holistic brand design, brand equity, integrated communication development, brand activation, P&L management, digital, media deployment, sales and customer management, retail design and expansion and trade marketing. Led and worked with diverse, multi cultural teams.

In her last assignment she was with Apple. Prior to that with Kohler for 8+years and was instrumental in establishing the brand in the country. She helped successfully launch multiple products with innovative cross platform promotional campaigns. She conceptualised multi tiered engagement platforms for B2B segment which got multiple awards and global recognition. She in her tenure also helped build a retail team from scratch which enabled standardised roll out of retail outlets across the country. Post that she helped in establishing the retail set up of the brand in other South Asian and Sub Saharan African markets as well.

She graduated from MICA in 2002 where she also ended up meeting her Husband whom she has been married to for the past 18 years or so.

Beyond work she is perpetually addicted to Netflix. The only people who can cure her of her addiction are the Husband and the 8 year old son whom she has produced. Not that she has produced very, many things or beings but she claims that the Son is her greatest production ever!

Whatever time she manages off Netflix and all the work mentioned above, she invests that in trying to help turn the son into a good human being.
