From the Diary Of

Doyle W. Young

With over 50 years working in business, I am still significantly engaged in serving others through my love for God, mentoring others, business and education. My mother’s families were German and emigrated from Stuttgart, Germany, in 1834. My father’s mother was Cherokee Indian who married an Irish turkey farmer from Arkansas – all a combustible mixture when you added Irish whiskey to the mix.  At nine years old, I came to saving faith in Jesus Christ who has been the guiding force throughout my life. This has become the basis for my success as I have endeavored to serve anyone that He places in front of me - bosses, clients, students or prisoners. I love business and at 37 years old was the President, and Board Member of Lesher Communications, in Walnut Creek, California. Looking back, I realize was in way over my head! I have been married to the love of my life for 36 years, have an amazing 31 year old son who recently married the sweetest gal - I am truly one blessed man!
