He went on to attend American University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. It was during this time that Jason began to see a pattern: successful leadership isn’t just about business smarts; it’s about understanding people on a deeper level.

This insight was a game-changer for Jason, shaping his approach to every professional challenge he would face thereafter.

At the same time, Jason worked as a death doula, providing a compassionate presence for those in their final moments, which further deepened his relationship with the spiritual aspects of life and death.
